On two separate occasions I ordered a pizza from this place both times I ordered it with extra cheese and extra sauce. Both times I got a pizza without any sauce on it at all. Then to make matters worse the second time I ordered from there my pizza was delivered 45 mins After my initial quote time. Then the manager "John" wanted to fix the mistake by offering me a "buy one get one free pizza." So I would have to spend more money for them to screw up my order again No thank you.

RecommendedI was treated kindly upon walking in, as if I were an old friend. The Pizza was ready and even with the phone ringing the manager delegated a phone call himself and the Employee knew to be sure to ask if I knew what kind of flavored crust I wanted because I forgot to ask. Worst food I have ever tasted ordered a steak and cheese sub got a calzone type thing and all u can taste is mushrooms no steak and my tomatoes and lettuce are on the side? Are u serious? Ordered chicken not spicy it's spicy as hell. Then it took them 45 min to find us when we're not hard at all to find will never order from them again.
Like Matthew, I received a text from the Manager, asking me to come here and post a review. I wasn't going to as the order was horrible and I don't like speaking ill of a business when I know that it was the staff and staff turnover is generally large. In the past there have been errors in my order(s) and when I have called to let them know, not necessarily to complain, I got the defensive rude run around which lead nowhere. I had placed an 51.31 order and took back food to be replaced the manager was Patrick and he took my food and didn't give me a refundso I called him a dumbass and he threatened to call the cops on me but customers that witnessed what happen told me to call the police on him so I did and he admitted to the officer this statement and the officer told me to call corporate and he's a witness as well I will never order from hungry howiesin defuniak spgs FL again
