This was 2019. See below for UPDATE... Originally 4 stars. The food was really good here. I actually only had a light meal, but I certainly would go back to dry some other food. A good Chinese restaurant in Colorado is hard to find. I don't know what it is that makes it so different, but it's just not like New York Chinese restaurants. Improved!!! Better in presentation of food and taste and details were cared for like meal garnishes, extra sauces, silverware and food portion sizes.
Love the lo mein and the rice noodles but we mostly come here for the sushi which hunan's definitely has some of the better sushi in the valley in my opinion!
Got take out during my visit to Alamosa. Very fresh veggies, great quality food, and delicious home made sauces. Alamosa gem!
