Terrible. Total lack of communication. Jamie screened my calls and picked up when my husband called . Wouldn’t return emails or calls for weeks regarding some important questions on our returns . Gave our taxes to another person to complete and Jamie didn’t even show up to our originally scheduled in person meeting. Once they got our money, it’s as if we don’t exist. Do not use them.
The firm is not honest. We own a small business and had to hire another firm. we now owe the IRS over 60,000 because of their mistakes. Do not use them.
I am writing this review to help any business that Humphres is currently taking serious advantage of and may negatively impact now or in the future. They violated the Due Care principle and misallocated 401K funds. Humphres was an absolute nightmare to work with and our company experienced persistent problems. They are unprofessional, unethical, slow, failed to perform duties poor communicators, and stole from our company 401k.
