This place has a great atmosphere and serves excellent coffee! The employees were really fun and playful and my drink was fantastic. Thanks for the good experience Humble!

The staff is rude and don't know their product. When asked what region in Ethiopia their coffee came from I was given a god awful look and told "Ethiopia. It comes from Ethiopia". They are perpetuating the pompous barista stereotype, which does nothing to help further the coffee culture in any region. I will not be back.

Hi Jennifer, I'm sorry that you had that experience today. It may have been a miscommunication where are barista may not have fully understood the question. Nonetheless, I apologize if one of my employees took a less than friendly tone. We certainly teach and expect friendliness from our staff to the customer. Our Ethiopian is from Kellensoo region by the way.. I will talk with the barista and make sure that we are all on the same page.
