That's what you'll find at Humble Coffee Company, a craft coffee shop specializing in single-origin espresso and brews in the Nob Hill/ University neighborhood of Albuquerque. We also serve Albuquerque-made breakfast burritos (red or green?) and a variety of fresh pastries and donuts by local bakeries. The first time couple of times I went the coffee was fine but after that it has declined for me. The last time I went, I order a red eye and it tasted stale, citrusy, and lacked flavor for me. I took a couple of sips and had to toss it. I think the place is great to meet up with people and hang out on the patio. I think if you haven’t been than you should check it out to decide for yourself.
