I used to get a matcha latte from the Lomas location a few times a week. Now I might go once every two weeks. The latte is great, but the service is not. Save for one friendly blonde-haired woman, the rest of the baristas give a bad impression, coming off as condescending. I’m looking for new places for matcha. Other reviews have pointed this problem out in previous years, but it doesn’t seem like much has changed. It’s a shame.
