The new billing software is awful!! Our Insurance covers preventative dental cleanings & x-rays 100% with no CO-PAY & I was still charged for a co-pay with this stupid software!!! The other system was better & real time!!
Dr. Pranger and all the staff are the best, I have NEVER been to any dentist office that has treated me so kindly!
I've beed coming to this office since I was 9 yrs old. I'm 32 now. This last visit I felt like an exam to them rather than a person. Nobody explained anything to me or told me what they were doing. They just shoved things into my mouth. The doctor was very nice and seemed to care if I needed a break. But a little bit more communicating to the patient would be nice. Staff is awesome. They make me feel accepted and welcomed. Dr. Pronged is patient and explains everything very well.
