The people are great--especially Gretchen and Dr. Pranger. Everything is explained very well and I don't feel like I'm being pushed into something. Very very good people.

Everyone was as nice as could be, making for a very pleasant visit.
A prompter response to voice mail messages would be appreciated. I left a message at 12:19 p.m. on 3/26 about a problem tooth and had to call back at 2:22 to see if anyone was there because no one had called me back. When I did, Brittney had all the info from the message, so I'm not sure why she hadn't called - maybe because it didn't seem like there was any rush. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
I love this office! Very friendly and I have never felt any pain with my procedures!
I was in before my appointment time,had my teeth cleaned and flossed,seen dentist and was still out in about 45 minutes....excellent !!!!!
