I love Dr. Ortman and all the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in their positions. I have had great expierences with this dentist office. I hope to continue to be able to use this office.

I missed an appointment and was added to the day - so the 15 min. wait was o.k. with me!
Staff was really friendly, and make you feel comfortable. Even with a wait to be seen it was worth it. The staff takes there time to explain what is going on and that is really hard to find today.
I was certainly not prepared for the hammeering in my mouth. I guess that is something you can't prepare for. Was not as simple as I thought.
While I am disappointed that you no longer accept my BCBS policy, I am still very satisfied with the dental care and service that I receive at each appointment.
I was very pleased that you were able to take care of my problem in a prompt manner. I had just called in that morning to make an appointment to see what the problem was. I had no idea that it would be resolved that very morning and it was some extensive treatment that was required. I was very happy with Dr. Moody and the staff there.
