Miami Dade Humane Society refused the cats saying "Because they are TNR they are considered outside cats." So that means me and all the TNR cats will never be able to receive assistance even if they are adopted as I did for these 3 babies. Which puts me and all the TNR cats between a rock and a hard place. Please forgive my ranting and raving. I'm emotionally butt naked right now.
