The actual organization is great! It’s low cost and helps the community however this was my worst experience at a humane society in my life. The supervisor at this location named JJ was beyond rude and nasty. Told me to call an actual vet for questions and that I needed to hurry it along because I was taking too much time asking said questions and that I was the first in line and they had other patients to see. Mind you I was there for a total of 10 minutes. Just disgusting for an employee that works here. I will not be comi... read more

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 - The Humane Society of Miami 𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗗 our beloved 18 months old cat during a spaying procedure. They overdosed her with anesthesia. She was left unattended after surgery and went into cardiac arrest for more than 10 minutes before they performing CPR. They are not prepare for emergencies like this. We were traumatized after seeing our cat in this conditions. We had to transport her to a Veterinary ER where they informed us she must be put down because she was brain dead.
