I am a recent enrollee of my company's 401(k) program, and I found the enrollment process through the Human Interest platform to be incredibly easy. That being said, there appears to be a wealth of resources available to anyone who is having difficulties navigating through the steps to enroll, so challenges would likely be easy to resolve.
