Id give negative stars if I could. As a small business owner, closing my Human Interest account has been a nightmare. They auto-enrolled employees who should not have been enrolled, charged us repeatedly, and now refuse to terminate our account unless I sign legal paperwork that doesnt apply to our situationand would stick us with ongoing maintenance fees. This has cost us time, money, and endless back-and-forth. I strongly recommend choosing another provider.

My account with ********************** was closed upon my departure from an employer. A distribution check was distributed to me, thereby leaving a balance of $0.00, and closure of the account. It is August ************************************* They were trying to convert nonexistent funds into an *** rollover account. I did not request an *** rollover account, and I do not want an *** rollover account. If an account is closed with a $0.00 amount, how in the world are they going to take money out of a closed account to apply... read more

Me estan attended y me dicen que para pedir me Devuelvan lo descontado Debo volver a Llamar Tienen mi information mi social security mi direccion todo sin mi authorization ni conocimiento esto me Parece incorrect practices malas y me dicen que es products de una nueva ley Secure2.0act y que el IRS lo esta imponiendo. Our experience with Human Interest has been terrible to say the least. Countless calculation errors, inability to reach customer service, and delays on closing our account.There is no way to directly reach your account manager and they purposely do not put contact information on their emails. The response time is very slow to non-existant and simple instructions are not followed by their staff.We have been trying to transfer our account for over 5 months and this has wasted hours of our time and ultimately cost us money due ... read more

I was automatically enrolled in a 401k program thru my employer without my knowledge. Its been h*** trying to get the funds back into my bank account. Its been over a month and I am still being told that the funds are being processed. I just called and asked to speak with a manager. I was told I may get a callback today or tomorrow possibly. I don't know what is going on with this company, but I think they are incompetent at best.1) When my boss initially talked to the salesperson, they were told employees would be able to invest in *** funds. After we signed up we were told that wasn't true.2) I have rolled over my 403B twice now, because somehow funds are still being left somewhere after the rollover. I was just notified I have a couple of cents left in an account with them. Where and how are they keeping my money?

Im extremely disappointed with Human Interest and the significant issues we've faced as a result of their service. I would recommend them to no one. We've had countless invoicing errors: We spent over a year trying to correct monthly fee invoicing errors. Despite constant follow-**** the issue remained unresolved for an unacceptable length of time.Zero audit support: Our first 401k audit for the 2022 plan year was a nightmare due to Human Interest. This is the worst company to deal with. Place a withdrawal on April 6, told check was sent on April 10th. Still no check, try to call a supervisor, unavailable all the time, now In to replacing a check. I send in bank account numbers for direct deposit. Everyone you speak with just passes the buck. As a I work for a ***************** for Amazon, you would think with company would care.

If I could do no stars, I would two months ago we started the process of a hardship withdrawal. After reading the reviews, I see that they are quite frequently lying and having rework completed in order to prevent my money that we have put into the account to be with withdrawn. They kept saying that there were small errors yet they could never show me a screenshot of what the errors were. Im beginning to think that this is a fraudulent company and Im going to turn them into the SEC. Do not go with these people. It looks like... read more
