Very easy and straight forward enrollment process, how ever this is my first time contributing to my 401k so I have no other experience to compare to but I have no complaints so far.
Employers beware. We only had this for a year, cancelled in 2022. End of 2023 they send a bill, saying that they 'forgot' to ACH the funds, take the funds out of our bank account while I am disputing the claim. Refund a partial year that should have been refunded a year earlier, now they are sending me another bill. They need to get their accounting department in order.
I gave it only 1 star because I had to choose one. Our company started using Human Interest two years ago and this is the worst investment company I have ever dealt with. **************** is almost non existent. I requested an update on a 401k loan balance on March 4th and I still do not have this information. They keep emailing me apologizing for the delay but no records. I am unable to access my loan status at ALL to verify amount being applied etc. We only have 4 investments in which we can invest our $$ and those are far... read more
If I could give zero I would. I have been trying since November to transfer my funds to my *** since I changed jobs. I have contacted this company for over 4 months over 10 times and they still have not released my funds. My financial. Advisor has tried as well. This company is a scam. After over 4 months of calls and emails they told me I missed a deadline. I am filing a complaint. Do not use this company they are the worst i have ever dealt with in 30 years of working with 401 k plans
The sign up process was easy and pretty straight forward to follow. Like a lot of people who have left comments, this is my first time doing this....so yeah, I am definitely stoked that I am actually being responsible and investing in my future, instead of always worrying solely about the present situation. Anyways, so far, so good! My balance keeps getting higher than just from my contribution, so that's a good thing for sure! Movin on up!
They are stealing my money. They have messed up my rollover withdrawal check 4 times and refuse to put my name on the check. They have been withholding my money for almost 3 months.
Very poor customer service. I should say almost NO customer support.
