Your pulmonologists should not be telling COPD patients to take an expectorant that increases fluid in the lungs as opposed to a mucolytic which thins the mucus ALREADY IN the lungs. Why on God's earth would anyone want to cause the body to produce additional mucus in a COPD patient who is already coughing up green sputum. That patient would literally drown on their own fluids. Please learn the difference between an expectorant and a mucolytic. medscape DOT com/viewarticle/448588

Shout out to Dr. Robert Shaw, who did my reconstructive breast surgery yesterday. You and your team are amazing. I have worked for Coxhealth for 19 years, almost the last half at FDC, and I am so lucky to work with amazing people. I also got one of these amazing people as my plastic surgeon. I woke up today with no pain, great results and I am so happy. Thank you Dr. Shaw.
