Disappointed with appointment scheduling and customer service. Made my appt 9/24 @2pm, arrived 5 min prior to appt time to find out I had missed the appointment because they had it for 1pm. No apologies, not offer to accommodate me with someone else. Was offered to wait 1 hour and 15 min for next appt. I have a toddler and an infant at home which I had arranged to be with the nanny till 4pm. Rushed myself from work to make to appt on time and was very disappointed. Understand mistakes can happen.
