Took my daughter to get ombré she came out with highlights took her back to get it fixed for no extra charge and still didn't get what we wanted. We are very unsatisfied and will definitely not be going back.
Be on your toes and help them do their job right. I got a haircut in anticipation of a perm. The only reason for the cut. Perm to make dealing with my hair at 4:45am easier. The person who cut it was nice. The lady doing the perm should have checked my hair BEFORE the cut. After it was "I should have checked your hair first. Sorry." No perm and a haircut I never would have gotten without one. It is now going to take even more time in the morning to deal with this cut.
