Hugo Salon is very nice. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. I had color, highlights, and a cut by Johnnie my hair looks great!
I've been going to Hugo Salon since 1999 and I've never walked out unhappy !! Always accommodating and willing to go above and beyond. I think I've been to every stylist past and present and love them all ! So talented and skillful. Always honest about my expectations. I've walked in with crazy "hair brained" ideas ( which of course I would regret the next day) and was tactfully redirected !! They are my "Cheers" !! Since moving to Florida I have yet to find even one salon that remotely compares! I miss my Thana !!

I've know Hugo, tony and Stevie practically my whole life, even though I love so far away to enjoy their brilliant skills I know they only employ the best of the best. Next time I come to town I'll be stopping by for a new doo. Love you guys
Not accommodating to me today even after explaining there was an accident and I was coming from far and would be late. I explained that I didn't need but a trim! Nevertheless, I was declined. Most wouldn't even bother calling. Sam, Doug I'm sorry but I will forever miss you. Hugo's daughter needs to go and take classes in customer service and frankly Hugo's staff should remember that one can always chose to go elsewhere.
