I had a very disappointing experience with Nicola Hughes, realtor in Deltona. She was NOT honest about the rent, trying to charge more than what was initially agreed upon. Additionally, she attempted to collect money from me earlier than what was stipulated by the property owners. Communication with her was poor, especially regarding when people were coming to do improvement work on the property. Nicola seems to make decisions solely based on her convenience.
