Everyone was very friendly. While they were servicing my car they did a good job with keeping me updated on the progress while waiting. My car salesman, Jim Jeffers, happened to see me in the waiting room and made a point to say hi. He wanted to make sure my experience with my Honda has been okay from the time I got it in Dec of 2017. When my car was done being serviced, it felt like a very smooth visit and everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Hugh White Honda.

We always have exceptional service at Hugh White Honda. My favorite employee is Jason. He always makes me feel like Iâ??m the most important person there to have my car serviced. Aaron also takes time out to say hi to customers who have been coming in for awhile. Great employees and service!

I arrived at my appointment approximately 10 minutes early and was taken right in for an oil change and the service desk realized that I needed more maintenance then I first thought and I would be out in approximately 1 hr it took an extra 20 minutes and the manager give me an adjustment on my bill, witch I really apricated. With service like this my wife and I would consider buying a Pilot from Hugh White when we get ready. Thanks Dave

Jim Jeffers was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He made the whole process run smooth and efficient; we had an idea of what we wanted and he gave us several options. He also had an open dialogue with us about leasing vs buying new or used. We have never bought a car this fast before! Financing was great as well--everything was thorough with a definite emphasis on customer satisfaction. We will be back to buy another Honda when we need one!

Getting a new car should be a good experience but nowadays it isnâ??t always. We returned to Hugh White Honda, specifically to Joe Mahoney, because we had a great experience 3 years ago. And that is saying a lot because we have a friend who works st another Honda dealership much closer to where we live. We drive about 30 miles to work with Joe again, and will continue to work with him, and recommend him in the future. He made the experience a great one.

I have never had anything other than top-notch service at Hugh White Honda. Service personnel are courteous and professional. Jobs are accomplished in the time-frame stated, and sometimes even quicker! The waiting rooms are clean and pleasant, and I like the division into two parts (one being away from the TV, so I can read without the distraction). Restrooms are well-cared for. The shuttle service is a great option when needed.
