My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. It was completed in about 30 minutes and they even washed my car.
For my annual oil change, the Service Department did an excellent job. They did a complete inspection of the car, including a review of Honda recalls pertaining to the car. One recall did pertain, and they addressed the issue immediately. I was given a full explanation of my cars' condition, the work that had been done, and the recall applied. The waiting room was especially pleasant. I was completely satisfied with the experience. Thanks Hugh White Honda!!!

Steve Skaggs and the entire Honda service department always excels in their customer service. They are quick, accurate and always willing to go above and beyond the customer's needs. I would highly recommend them !!!
They did what I needed to have done efficiently and quickly. Everyone was very polite and professional. He advised me of some additional services that need done on my vehicle, but didn't pressure me to have them done right away.
