I bought my first CRV from Hugh White 16 years ago. The salesman was very intimidating. This time, I met with Brian Matesic. I did not feel pressured to buy, he took the the time explain everything in the car on my test drive as well as answering any questions I had. I would DEFINITELY come back and have recommended Hugh White to my cousin who is looking. Your salesman Brian is a great asset to your company.
Mike took good care of me -- check in & out was efficient. When a problem was found, the part was ordered. I was back in within 48 hours and all was good. Nice job, Hugh White Honda!!
I have had exceptional service from Hugh White Honda Service Department since 1983 when I purchased my first Honda from them. I have always been very pleased with the care and advice for my vehicle. I haven't had my vehicle serviced by any other personnel. I am disappointed with the Sales Department over the past few years so have obtained my vehicles from another dealership.

This was my 15th lease thru Honda & working with Jim Jeffers. I have never from day 1 of working with Jim ever thought about going anywhere else. His customer service goes far and beyond anyone I've worked with in my 76 years.
