Weird fence access panel location. If you are traveling alone, you have to get out of your vehicle to put in the code to open the gate. Light was out in the back area, making it hard to navigate.
Spaces and accessibility are extremely tight (I never measured, but I do not believe they are true to size). My brand new 5th wheel was parked in my rented space and hit by another tenant. Management did not inform me or try to do anything to resolve this. They claim to have cameras, but were not able to pull up surveillance footage from the incident. Extremely poor management
