I would leave a negative review if possible and I really hate to do that because when we initially bought our truck Neil was awesome and helped us out so much so this is not a reflection of him whatsoever. My issue is with the service department. First off let me start by saying our truck is was part of the food that happened a year or so back. We took it to Madisonville Ford to have it fixed. First experience there, yesterday. Kudos to Phil in service dept. and his co-workers. Service and customer service was excellent.
Just got me vehicle serviced here when my husband refused to take it back to where we bought it in evansville..... watermark was so fast, professional, and easy to work with! The guys even got my baby car seat out of my car for me! They were wonderful! They will be getting my business fromhere on out
Highly recommend them. This wasn't our first purchase from them and it won't be our last. Thanks for making our experience another great one
