Friendly and courteous! This was my 2nd time in the service department! They made every effort to ensure my vehicle was ready for a 2500 mile round trip..
Worked up a deal with a salesman and agreed on a time to meet after work to do paperwork. 10 minutes before I got there I was informed some one just put a deposit on it 2 1/2 hours after a deal was made with me. Talked to the manager who was an absolute rude jerk with no customer service skills whatsoever. Was pretty much told to bad get over. Informed them I would never step foot on their lot ever again. Jesse Wells is an absolutely outstanding salesman! He exceeded every want and every need. He anticipated everything we would need and was prepared for everything. Jesse went out of his way in every way possible for us. He and the entire team at Watermark Ford spoke to our children and made them feel comfortable in the environment. 5 stars absolutely reccomend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Their service department has always had great service, everyone is nice and friendly, I been going there for years, at one time I had 3 fords.... 2 trucks and a car. Right now I have the 2 trucks both F250 one is gas and one is diesel. I will always have my trucks serviced at a Ford dealer, in the end their service is not much more than any other place if you factory in the 6 months warranty on what they did to your car.
Drove down from Michigan to buy a used truck. Jesse was the most accommodating and helpful salesman I've ever dealt with and made the process of buying a car from out of state a breeze. The vehicle was in mint condition and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience at both the Toyota and Nissan stores. When the Toyota store didn’t have what we were looking for, Jake sent us to the Nissan store. We met Brandon Belt right before closing time and he stayed over and didn’t rush us looking at and driving a couple we were interested in! We returned the next day and Brandon made sure we left with a “W”! This was our first time buying a car here and the great customer service will definitely keep us coming back in the future! Thanks we love our Pathfinder!
