We have had nothing but trouble out of Madisonville Ford Nissan. We traded in a vehicle back in February. They have yet to pay the trade in off.. But that didn't stop them from selling it less than a week later. They also tried to charge $800 "reconditioning fee" for my car.. Yet they had it posted the very next morning... NOT detailed. And it was sold within 1 week. I am not happy and will not be doing anymore business with them.
Gerald Marvel and Stephen Ruby really went beyond helping me get into this car. I would like to thank them for their time and patience. I would recommend everyone that is looking for a new car to talk to Gerald and tell him I sent you☺

I went to Madisonville Ford Nissan recently and purchased a pre owned vehicle. I found the entire staff to be courteous, customer oriented, and respectful of my time. This was my first purchase at this store but I will be back again. I have been contacted several times after the sale to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to ensure that I knew how everything worked. After selling me a truck that was unknowingly wrecked twice, Steve Ruby himself told me he would correct the issue. This was 2 months ago, & after several attempts to contact him, I have yet to hear anything. I put a review online similar to this one and he asked me to take it down. He promised me that if I took it down he would make things right but it seems that that is a lie as well.
Very disappointed, being lied to and taken advantage of is an awful feeling. I will never bring my business back here nor will I ever recommend it again!
