Great dentist, would highly recommend
Was seen with tooth ache 1 hour from my first call. Staff was excellent and explained the work I needed and payment options in detail. The dentist got me out of pain and began my work immediately. After over 5 years of not going to the dentist, I now forgot why I never wanted to go back.

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IN MY 50 + YRS
After being "caught" talking to another patient about my nightmare experience at ALLCARE in Canton Oh. I was called into the office and reprimanded. It was horrible and demeaning. I tried to stand my ground but was so upset I said some inappropriate words and was banned as a patient. Red faced and crying they took my blood pressure-192/110 and did the last unsuccessful reline. $1000.00 was taken off my bill because i don't get real teeth. Now I only owe $3500.00 with an interest rate 21.98%.In my opinion, this was done to me to get my money and not have to produce product. RIS

General Dentist
My husband went here for new dentures and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The first vist the wait was over 2 and 1/2 hours because you have to see the manager who in essence is really a salesman and tries to get you to purchase the most expensive product. The second vist was for an impression and the wait was also over 2 hours.When I questioned the staff about the wait I was informed that his treatment plan had changed and he was going to need a couple fillings. I did question this since he only has dentures. I feel the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.The staff is clueless. The icing on the cake was they made my husband an appt. to get his dentures and they called and said they were ready, he took off work and got down there and his dentures weren't there. Then fice hours later they called and said they were in and we din't know what to believe. Needless to say he will go there because of the warranty but after that never again and I say buyer beware!

My experinece with Allcare was nothing but great. the staff and doctors were all friendly and professional. I took my granmother there for a new set of dentures and they really helped me out. Most other dental practices wanted the full payment up front but Allcare was able to set me up on a low monthly payment in order to help my grandmother out. They offered unlimited afdjustments and said they would do what ever they could to make her denutres fit properly. I sat in the waiting room and most of the other patients had unreasonable expectations and were just miserable people in nature. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful.

I'm not sure who to call or write about this business but, I am going to try to find out. I went to their office in Fort Wayne yesterday with an abscessed tooth. Needless to say, I was and still am in horrific pain. When I first got there, I approached the front desk and gave them my name, to which, the young dental assistant? looked at me and said "Is in the house", like I was stupid or something. After waiting an hour in the waiting room, I was taken back and immediatly referred to (unprofessionally and too familiar) by "Miss Brenda" , my first name. I have never met these people before in my life. I asked for novacane and tylenol and after an hour of listening to them chatting nonsensically to each other, was given them. The spaces were dirty and there seemed to be a an endless supply of snotty young girls prancing about and doing nothing. I should have know what I was in for when, the "dentist" came to look at my teeth and he was missing 2 of his yellowed teeth. I'm sorry, but I have never seen a dentist with such bad teeth...I spent all night in agony after being sent home with a script for pain killlers and antibiotic. They tried to set me up with a credit plan before leaving...I was never even told my doctor's name...was told they would pull my tooth yesterday and also this morning..to which I was then told that they had no openings. These people need to be shut down! I even have my doubts that any of them are even liscensed. If you are planning on going there, do yourself a favor and just hit yourself in the head with a hammer instead. BTW, I am seeing another doc today an oral surgeon who is pulling my tooth.

Over 2 months and still no refund!!!
In March 10' I went to the Rockford IL office with a bad tooth. I needed other work done so I had xrays and sat down with the office manager to go over my "treatment plan" needless to say he suckered us into putting money on my account. After my next visit I decided to go back to my old family dentist. At that time I requested a refund. I was told it would take 30 days for me to get a check. Needless to say that was April 6,2010 and here it is June 15,2010 and I have not gotten a check and everytime I call the office I get the same run around. I cant believe a dentist office would be so low over $270.00 really?!?!?!? I seriously call the office everyday and everyday I get told a completely different thing. My next step is to go into the office which I doubt will do anything. I can only imagine how the people who work their would feel if they were in my shoes. I mean come on thats my money and its not alot of money. To me for them to deal with talking to me everyday and this and thaat you would think they would of just mailed a check already. DONT get suckered into putting money on an account!!!!!!!

Will Never Use This Company Again
I will never use this "fast-food style" of dentist again. I went to the Allcare in Mansfield, Ohio. I don't know if all of them are the same but I will never take the chance to find out again. I feel they have very bad customer service and the experience is not personal at all. I left the exam room to sit in the waiting room with blood all over my face that no one bothered to clean off or tell me about. I was charged for the service even though I had dental insurance and was assured that I would be refunded. It took about 2 1/2 MONTHS for my credit card to be refunded what they owed me but they charged my card instantly. That was 2 1/2 months of me calling them weekly to remind them of it. I feel the customer service staff, manager, and district manager were all very rude and not helpful at all. I make sure to tell EVERYONE I know about my first and last experience with this company.

Very bad dental work!!!!
I went here to get a few fillings and and crown. When they found out how my credit was they maxed it out along with my dental insurance. They said I needed a lot of other work done and every time I have gone in for an appt. they mess with the wrong teeth and when I get home I always end up having a broken tooth beside the one they just fixed or fudged up worse who knows. I've been waiting since January for a crown they did a root canal on and every time I have gone in I tell them I feel like I have open nerves exposed because I have a constant toothache and they just ignore me and decide to just fill the teeth they broke the last visit just to have the filling fall out two weeks later. I am paying over 2000 for dental work that I can't even get done properly and now I am to the point that I am afraid to even go back because they are so unprofessional. The assistant doesn't even know how to hold the suction tube without dropping it!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone if you value your teeth and credit.

Denture experience
I wish I would have read the reviews sooner! My 80 year old mother is in the process of getting her "final" pair of dentures, but they have never fit properly, look fake, and aren't very white. The working spaces in the office are filthy. Look on the ledges, corners and under the chairs. ugh. I think the company is extremely expensive, appear to be very rookie-like, have sales people in house, and are only out to make a lot of money from people like us who thought they would be good. Stick to your own neighborhood, family dentist or get a recommendation from him.
