Waited 30 minutes before anyone took our order then another 45 minutes before our cold food was brought to our table. The order was brought out piecemeal and some of our table had already eaten before others even had gotten their food. Manager Nikki simply made excuses and argued with us. The owner should know how bad this experience was.
Is there a zero stars option? Twice now my family has gone there and waited an hour and still didn't get served. How long do eggs and a stuffed hash brown take?? Then they serve ppl who come in waaaay after you, the same thing you ordered. Now does that make any sense? Worst service ever!
serving folks that came in way after us
My husband and I went to Huddle House this morning at 7:30. There were only 3 tables being used by customers. we sat for 10 minutes and know one came by to greet us or ask if we would like coffee so we left. We went to Waffle House, where within 10 minutes not only were we offered coffee but our order had been taken and within in 12 minutes we had our breakfast. They had a full house and 4 waitress working. The good at Huddle House has always been very good but the waitresses have always been very slow.

I'm from Brazil and I loved it! I've never been in Hahira before and you guys are so sweet!! All the employees are awesome, I was well treated, especially Diamond, thats the wonderful person that I met in Hahira. Congratulations Huddle House. I'll be right back soon as possible. ( p.s: I loved your pancakes either.)
This Huddle House was the best! Large restaurant sitting, friendly servers. We had at least 3 difficult workers come to the table asking if we needed anything!
We’ve never had a long wait time, bad service or bad food! Always friendly atmosphere and food is hot and very tasty!
