Tried on 3 occasions to give this place a chance. Strike 3 today. Ridiculously long wait, food was cold. Asked that it be warmed, waited 30 more min, while my hubby ate his food cold w/o complaining. Waited over 30 min for our ticket, wrong ticket w/higher total charged to my card. I was told ticket was voided & correct ticket charged. End result, two $10 meals and 2 teas cost us $57.46. gave me chocolate chip waffles instead of blue berry pancakes. got unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. the shift manager didn't know how to ring up my order. and multiple things were left out of my order. and the staff was very rude.
food was great. worth the a little longer wait than expected but it is christmas day. they were busy but still friendly and welcoming.
Friendly waitress. Means a lot, I usually wouldn't leave a comment.
