We called to report an incorrect order. We started the call understanding that the online ordering system is brand new and probably still buggy. The persons (we dealt with two people the general manager and a cook) took an aggressive stance immediately. insisting everything was there and correct. two separate orders were mixed up, and there were two burgers meant to have bacon that did not have bacon. We had an amazing experience at huddle house tonight our server was TJ he went above and beyond and was extraordinary the food was delicious and we will definitely be going back I can’t brag enough on how awesome our server TJ was thanks for the best service we have ever encountered any where
YALL ARE INCOMPETENT IN EVERY ASPECTS OF YOUR SERVICE. I HAVE SUPPORTED THIS BUSINESS DURING THIS WHOLE COVID-19. I HAVE CAME IN THEIR AND HAD TO GO ORDERS FOR 15.00 AND LEFT 40.00 TIP FOR THE WAITRESSES ON MANY OCCASIONS. I CAME IN AT 9:36 TO PLACE A TO GO ORDER AGAIN JUST TO BE TOLD THAT YOU WERE NO LONGER TAKING ANY ORDERS I DROVE THERE BECAUSE YOU HAD YPUR PHONE OFF OF THE HOOK.
