Literally happens every time. This will likely be my sons last trip here. 2 year old going nuts in the waiting room and now have been sitting 20+ mins after the doctor leaves waiting. Waiting. Waiting. They come in after I already went to Urgent Care and was told to come here...tell me he’s fine and then make us sit and wait and wait and wait some more. Absolute lack of any type of care for families time and little ones patience. The docs are great the service sucks. Has been like this literally every time I have come here.

My husband had a serious fall while we were out of town, three hours away. We went to the nearest ER, without the doctor even examining him, we were in and out in less than an hour. We headed home and came to St. Mary's. From the check in to the nurses, doctor, and CT, every single person was courteous, caring, and professional. Terrible...cold.. uncomfortable..feels a little like a morgue at the urgent care..and if you can't walk they do not even offer to help..or a wheelchair..nothing just head on down the way two blocks to the urgent care waiting area! Seriously??

I recently had a surgical procedure done at the pavilion. The staff were all extremely courteous, kind, and professional. I felt extremely well cared for. Would definitely be comfortable going back again in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.
