RecommendedWe have been to the hospital for emergency room care and for the birth of our daughter this year and the hospital was great both times. Our other two children were born at larger hospitals and the personalized care you get at St Francis is much more inviting/comforting. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. It is a wonderful asset to our community!

After waiting 2 hours we asked why we are still sitting in the waiting room. The RN at the front desk has a terrible attitude he could use a lot of customer service training. Then to be placed in a dirty room which we have pictures is not acceptable when we are paying for this. Now our son is being treated in the hallway until the room is cleaned. Dr. Amy Romandinekratz is amazing. She is caring, compassionate, and understanding. Because she actually listened, she caught a huge impact in my daughters bum... shes been in pain for months, we even saw a specialists for this 3 weeks ago, he unfortunately did not care. Amy did everything in her power to find out what was going on with our little girl. With the help of Dr. McNutt and his amazing and caring work and the nurses who put a smile on her little face, she now can experience relief and be a normal 6 year old. We ar... read more
RecommendedThey are so kind and friendly. Your comfort in providing you with the best care is a goal for them. I couldnt ask for better care from Prairie Heart staff, they make it as painless as possible and they really listen to your concerns and try to put your fears at rest. Highly recommend.
