Seems ironic to give five stars for a medical facility, just saying. But if anybody deserves it, it is Sacred Heart Hospital. I once again received some of the most awesome care, from admitting personnel right thru to discharge. I had angioplasty along with stent placement, the staff in the cardiac cath lab were incredible, so caring and professional. One of the nurses even stopped in the following day to check on me. I Was NOT Happy With The Doctor That Took Care Of My Elderly Client That Was Brought In With Cancer Problems The Doctor Had The Bedside Manner Of A Pig He Was Rude And Disrespectful And It Was NOT Appreciated At All They Sent My Client Back Home Right Away Just Because She Was On Hospice Care But Now She Died

We had a good experience with all the staff we encountered while here. The nursing staff in the radiology (ultrasound & renal scan techs on 11/7/16) department were amazing. They kept us informed on what they were doing before proceeding each time, which calmed my daughter down some during the whole process. The check in process at the radiology & lab desk was great as well, as she was very friendly. Also, the people at the information & registration desks were very kind as well. Had surgery yesterday. Excellent cares from housekeeping to dietary to CNA's to Nursing staff with Students... all the way to Medical staff & Anesthesia. Everyone listened to me which is imperative because I have a very challenging history which goes in multiple directions AND everyone was very nice!!

I had bladder surgery two days ago and was given exceptional care. I felt as though Dr. Longbella was very patient and thorough and answered all my questions. The nurses were also very caring and responded quickly to keep me comfortable.

i was treated great and with compassion! I would definely travel thus far again for Care!
