When you are at your worst you have the best.
I have received excellent care at Sacred Heart in the past, but this rating is for my visit tonight to urgent care. First of all, they did NOT have any actual doctors in urgent care. I was seen by an inexperienced PAC that seemed to find my health problems funny. She smirked when I expressed my concern with her assessment, and was extremely arrogant. I will have to go elsewhere in the morning to see a real doctor for care. I would NEVER recommend Sacred Heart's urgent care unit to anyone. Their urgent care unit needs a major... read more
