Best hospital & surgery experience thus far in my life and I've had stays at hospitals all over US. Caring attentive staff and surgery was on time. No complaints here.

I've appreciated the services offered my HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital over the years. My experience with them is primarily as a patient who was helped by them quite a bit over the years. Keep up the good work! :-)

Brought my son in for yet another ear infection, was prescribed amoxicillin like he was the 1st time he got an ear infection ( which like we told the nurse had ZERO effect on his ear infection and that Ogmenton has been successful for this same condition the past 3 times. But what do we know. GUESS WHAT? DAYS LATER HE STILL ISNT GETTING ANY BETTER DUE TO BEING PERSCRIVED WHAT WE TOLD YOU DIDNT FRICKEN WORK! My dad just spent 4 days there. Asked 4 times to get him pain meds, took 20 minutes to get medication after asking numerous times while he was in severe pain. Rarely checked on him unless we used his call light. His sheets were never changed. Not personable at all. No one smiled. At least act like you like your job, gez.
