Just replaced all of my windows on my 1958 brick home. Waited a long time to do it, and it was worth the wait. From the initial sales, measurements, to the install. Two day install and the trio was terrific! It's a father and son(s) team. They were knowledge, friendly, thoughtful of the house and the pets (it rained all day today of course). HRTI was awesome! We just bought a house in Littleton and the windows were HORRIBLE. They came to our house and showed us exactly what they would look like if replaced and we didn't feel pressured at all. Very affordable too. Our windows look absolutely beautiful, the installation was fast and clean. Love them!
HRTI recently installed a new roof and replaced multiple windows on my home in response to hail storm damage. My experience was very positive. They answered all of my initial questions thoroughly and provided a fair and straightforward work estimate. The roofing crew came as scheduled and completed the work as planned. The summer of 2014 gave us our share of thunderstorms in Denver. One particular storm hit our neighborhood, resulting in significant hail damage. Within a few days, the neighborhood was alive with contractors from all over the country going door-to-door offering “free estimates.” After a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Greg at HRTI to see if he could give us an estimate. How often can you say you have had a great experience from start to finish when completing a home project? I can say I did when replacing my roof with HRTI. Three companies submitted bids, and I selected HRTI due to a combination of factors: (1) professionalism and helpfulness during the bid process, including willingness to answer many questions; (2) dealing with my insurance company and inspector (3) price; and (4) warranty. Hail hit is HARD May 21, 2014. We were out of town and a neighbor texted me; "all your North facing windows are broken." The insurance adjuster got out pretty quick. We had a lot of damage: a half dozen windows, roof, gutters, siding, screen, fence, A/C unit. I didn't want a fly-by-night roofing company that swarmed into the neighborhood. Instead I went with Greg and HRTI. One stop for all the damage. They coordinated the repairs so it was all done in one day.
