HRTI provided a terrific experience from start to finish in our window project. Mr. Cotton was open, honest, thorough, and fair in his pricing and most importantly in advising us rather than simply selling us a product without considering our needs (a problem we had with other quotes). Greg with HRTI gave me an estimate in November 2016 but I did not decide to go forward with the install until March/April 2017. He honored his initial estimate and had someone out to measure and order the windows within a week. The windows are very good quality & the technician who installed them was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me all the features and made sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company and their products.

Very professional, competent and knowledgeable company and staff. The recommendation for Simonton patio doors for my replacement was perfect for my home and has already made a big difference in heat loss. They are very sturdy and provide great security. Chad (and Dallas--his yellow lab :-) ) did a great job with installation including replacing trim boards to ensure an adequate fit. I would highly recommend HRTI for any of my construction needs and will hire them again soon to replace my front entry door!

I want to give a huge shout-out for HRTI Premier exteriors company. We have a home with beams in the front of the house. When our roof began to tilt, Greg's experience quickly took him to those beams and the posts below them. As it turns out, the builder did not put footings under those posts. Greg Cotton and his team did a fantastic job of replacing the beams, adding footings, and creating a beautiful facade to match the existing design of our home. Thanks HRTI!

Our windows and stucco experienced some major hale damage a few years ago. I knew it was going to be a huge job when the insurance adjuster had to refer to a special adjuster to assess the damage. Last year, upon purchasing a new house, we found that many of the windows were in bad shape. They were old, warped, and leaking. Being a first-time homeowner, I blundered around until I found Thumbtack, and HRTI offered to help almost immediately. We had several windows replaced on our house. The windows are easy to use, and look great! We have already realized benefits coming from these new windows already. We have two windows in our house that are exposed to the sun throughout the day, and in the past have had to keep blinds closed and curtains shut to avoid over heating in the house. HRTI handled a roofing install, re-siding of 90% of my property and painting of my home. This was a big job and I was really pleased with the results and the ability to work with just one company. HRTI made a difficult project seem easy. They communicated with us clearly, from insurance process to start times, every aspect of the jobs were handled perfectly.
