I think there’s a reason that you don’t see any negative reviews regarding HRTI. Greg Cotton’s contract that states that you agree not to take any action that would harm HRTI’s reputation or lead to unfavorable publicity. I suspect customers are not likely to provide honest feedback for fear of violating the contract and being sued. Although in Colorado, I don’t think a non-disparagement clause is enforceable. We couldn't be happier with HRTI and their work installing new windows in our home. We had multiple bids and HRTI was the best price and best installation time (4-6 weeks as compared to 6-8 weeks for everyone else). It took HRTI 2 days to install our windows and we couldn't have been more impressed with how well they cleaned up around our house after day 1 when they knew they would be back the following day. Highly recommend Greg Cotton and HRTI. Greg was out in 24 hours to bid the job and his work crew showed up a couple of days later. They stayed on the job until it was completed, without jumping back and forth between other jobs (we all know how contractors like to do this). Very professional staff and work crews. HRTI did a great job replacing the windows in my house. They showed up on time, finished on time, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. It was a pleasure to work with Greg and his crew.
Greg and the HRTI crew were responsive and communicative from the initial contact point as to scope of work, estimated costs, timeliness of bids and execution of the work. They also followed up to see that the work done was satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on any future exterior household projects.
