Initially, we met with Adam Rackliffe, yet there was a long hold up, as we, the two owners lived on different sides of the country! Once "we" straightened out the best way for us all to communicate, we signed on with HRLS Partners. The entire HRLS team was very helpful, and understanding. Adam stayed on board & on top with all cross-country communications. House was sold as soon as Adam and HRLS put it on the open market, with our qualifiers. Everything went perfectly and easily. We very highly recommend HRLS Partners.

We had a great experience with HRLS and would highly recommend the team. We listed our house with them, and bought our new house with them as well. They sold our old house over asking in 3 days, and negotiated a deal on our new house for under asking. We had a great experience selling our house with HRL Partners. They advised and helped us manage selling our home in DC when we made a cross-country move. They provided excellent advice and connected us to contractors for repairs, staging, and other necessities. Chris even managed the contractors and work timeline for us while we were away. The team at HRL Partners was outstanding. They are so professional and organized and know the DC market incredibly well, particularly for Wesley Heights and nearby. I had already moved when they sold my house, and they took care of final items for closing that went way beyond what a normal realtor would do--or what was required contractually. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We had a great experience with HRL. Being new to the area, we relied heavily on their knowledge of market dynamics and the DC neighborhoods. We ended up in the perfect location. They work as a team…but most of our interaction was with Chris Leary. He’s the best. Highly recommend them!
