WORST TAX SEASON EVER!!!! For 14 years I have prepared my taxes on my own with no problems. This is my second year doing my taxes with HRBLOCK AND I REGRET IT TREMENDOUSLY!!! This year HRBLOCK and it's tax professionals were aware that the software they were using was malfunctioning for atleast certain low poverty areas in *******, **, but they still prepared people tax returns with out making customers aware until afterward.
