Great store knowlegable people I go to Hoys quite often as I live here. This little hardware store has more Non prepackaged hareware than does home depot 40 minutes away. A better selection of nuts,bolts, fasteners, etc ( hareware). You can buy one nut or 500 but its your choice not the stores because its NOT prepackaged. The people are all very knowlegable, Fred probably at the top of the list. He knows where it all is and can help you with application. GREAT STORE. AND you can get a free bag of popcorn whats better.

Several years ago I mentioned to Greg that I had to go all the way to Albany to purchase a certain brand of paint that we use to paint furniture for our store Trash to Treasure and I asked if he would stock our local Hoys Hardware with that paint and he did !!!! Im happy and keeping mu money locally.
Hoys is clean and neat. The employees are friendly and helpful.
dont call will take 20 min. and you still will knownothing asked fo a couple sizes they carried and he gave me one and told me i will have to come in
