Love the food, the drinks and the service. Never disappointed. Just heard a nasty rumor that the band that plays the first Monday of the month won't be there this Summer. WTH? July? Kind of understan. Same for September. Why not August? Not cool.
Went to Howe's Bayou yesterday for the second time and will definitely come back again. Michael and Patti's and their staff were the best and they served me the best ever lobster bisque that I had before. Good times at Howe's Bayou!

They had a parking space waiting on me right out front. The Hurricane was on point. The crawfish lobster bisque was awesome. oh my, my, my you have to come try it. 10 stars
Nice pub & restaurant right on Woodward in Ferndale, centrally located near the Magic Bag and other entertainment and food establishments. Clientele is quite bohemian. Lots of tattoos, a hipsters hangout, lots lumberjack looks, and baseball caps, great Louisiana themed food, charming waitress. I ordered the crawfish bisque and then the crawfish etoufée, which seemed like more of the same except for a few more ingredients.
