The tour was amazing, we took the classic tour- had the boad trip, our tour guide was very helpful. Our kids also enjoyed the tour!
Everytime i go it is outstanding. Great products in the gift shop. Love the temperature down in caves. Nice and quiet during the week after labor day
As far as tourist traps go this is a must see. My parents took us there in the 60's and I took my grandchildren this time around. A bit lengthy wait but what isn't these days. If kids get antsy you can take them off the line. Tour itself is informative and guides are very personable. Easy peasy walking for all and fantastic geological formations to take pics of. Family enjoyed it immensely 😉
Absolutely fantastic time. The young tour guides are knowledgeable and fun. They have personalities and make the tour more enjoyable. Just do not go on a holiday weekend. Very busy and if you do go, make sure you go between 9 and 11 am to get the cave tour in without a two hour wait. We waited about 39 at 11am. Perfect timing. We for got about the Labor Day crowds.
The tour was good. The best part was walking back in the dark without a lot of people. It was very expensive. We spent the night at their motel. Exceptional service from the staff. We had dinner and breaksfast at the cafe there. Exceptional staff.
I loved everything but the gift shop smelled like shit
Love the place, Emma was a great girl and was awesome very fun and friendly
It was absolutely beautiful my son and I had a great time I would fully recommend this as a family trip!
We had a great time! I do wish the lines were a bit more organized and clear. I would have preferred to buy online ahead of time.
