fun time...clean, family fun! lantern tour was awesome! guide (Emily) was very informative and interaction was good.

Long wait , but worth seeing . Dress warmly - 52 degrees. Approximate foot wear . Slippery conditions and feet will get cold if open toed shoes/ sandals.
We did the tour and while it was a cool experience, it is definitely overpriced. MAYBE $15 per person I could understand but $25 is excessive to just tour the caverns.
Went yesterday with my aunt to do the caverns! It was amazing to see all of the natural formations and go on the boat ride! Our tour guide, Marigrace was awesome! She really knew her stuff and was super personable! Great time at a great place!
We had a very nice experience. It is very organized, the staff is young, friendly, funny and well trained. The gift shop is way too expensive though.
Second time here, had Olivia as a tour guide she did great. Only waited about an hour to get in. It was worth the wait.
The ticket process was very long and super disorganized. We waiting about an hour just to get in the door and then on line for tickets and then another line for the tour, this process could be much more streamlined. The tour was good though!!
I read reviews before I went. Got there early around 9am. No line no wait went right into the cave. Brought a jacket the cave is 50° year around. Went to the adventure park around noon. Minimal wait time. My suggestion is get there early so you won't have to wait in an extended line.
