I have to have a star otherwise I couldn't write a review. We paid $50 for two combo tickets zipline/ropes course. My son and I were very excited to spend a few hours playing on the high adventure course and zipline. Turns out we can only get on each attraction one time ..ONE TIME!! I am disgusted and sick to my stomach! I was ripped off !! This was not explained to us. No where, not on the website, noton the tickets, not on the signs, not upon entry, not when we were getting the gear on, does it state once you change attrac... read more
This was a great experience for our family. The staff were courteous and the motel staff and accommodations were very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole time and the tour. Be sure to dress warm for the tour though.
I enjoyed it! My boys liked it too! Claire was a wonderful tour guide with a little bit of a speedy walk though! � Would recommend going first thing in the morning as it gets busy! :)
My family visited with Caverns this weekend! Our first time there and it was great! We waited in line for 2 hrs which my little ones had enough of after an hr and a half. Thankfully we distracted them with treats and visiting the gift shop. Our tour guide Nathan was a lot of fun, had a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. We live almost 3 hrs away but it was worth the drive and we would definitely visit again!
Great for the family , friends or a couples getaway. l suggest doing the first morning cavern tour.
My son and I enjoyed the majority of our visit. Mike was an excellent tour guide. He was very patient and professional with 3 people who did not follow directions or rules. Their lack of English made it hard to communicate which ultimately jeapordized everyone in our tour. Our safety was at risk when the one woman decided to stand in our boat and shift her weight for a photo op, they kept going their own way in the cave...our tour was longer due to them not listening, and bcuz of that we had next to no time on the ropes n I ... read more
We loved the tour...it was fabulous. Our tour guide was excellent...so glad we went and highly recommend but not for young children.
Ask about FAST PASS...it was not advertised but those who did not know about it got bumped by those who did! The actual caverns were cool but the lines and organization were a bit much.
