It was okay but it moved so fast that you couldn't stop to look at anything other than what the guide wanted you to see. I had to keep,rushing my grandson who wanted to look at some things which he thought was great.
First time here. We really enjoyed the tour. Hoping to come back again.
So we got here at 10am. It is 11:51am and we are still waiting for our tour. Tickets are nonrefundable so we stand and wait. After saying something to the people at the window, the only thing said to us was “this tour had reservations and their bus broke down.” If their bus broke down, you need to wait now. Your reservations were at 10, not 11:15 when we were told we would go. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially anyone with small children. Boredom takes over while others are catered to.
Our tour guide Jason was great and the caverns were beautiful.
Our 10 year old boy loved this place. He wants to go back as soon as possible. Mike our tour guide was very patient with all of the questions the kids had. Next time we will visit during a warmer month to do all the other activities they have to offer.
Have visited here before and really enjoyed it, however this time was awful. After we purchased tickets and went inside, one of the employees followed us into the elevator full of people and loudly asked us if we purchased tickets, as if we were trying to sneak in. I was puzzled. I'm not sure why we were singled out, but she was very rude. My daughters were embarrassed and it ruined our visit. I'll never go back.
The tour is eh. The kid giving it was scared of his own shadow. It's ok. If you are desperate to see a cavern near NYC then it's all you've got so check it out. There are better Caverns for sure
Awesome place im 32 havnt been there sense i was a kids just got home from a wkend stay loved the motel and the cavern was just like I remember
