Ignorant of the disability law , after driving 4 hours to visit the caverns , I was told my fully documented service animal would not be allowed in . The manage “Karen” who would t give a last name , was extremely rude and abrupt , pointing to a sign the sign they posted . Violation of the Americans with disability act is a crime ! Boycott the caverns !
A great family experience, filled with adventure, science, and history. Our tour guide Max was fun and informative. A must see!

Did you know that They age Cheddar cheese down there!? I tried it at the candy shop! And had to buy a block! Supper supper Sharp NY Cheddar! And the cave was Nice!😜
nice view and many kinds of games for everyone and going into the cave.
Thirteen family members took this tour and loved every minute of it. The youngest was 7 and the oldest was 70. We had the best tour guide (shout out to Michael).
