These guys came to get my car one night last year, and whoever their driver was decided it was a good idea to steal my fishing rod and my tackle bag that I had in my car. I called the office numerous times, left voicemails, and even sent several emails with little to no response or answers. All they could tell me was that the fishing rod was not listed in the list of belongings in the vehicle. DUHHH, of course it's not listed because they STOLE IT RIGHT OUT OF MY CAR! The gentleman at the window was nice friendly and professional. Retrieving my belongings was quick and non-stressful.
First of all they're only open three days a week; which means I had to wait an extra four days to get my car and be charged an extra $250 to get my car. They are the only open until 5pm not 8pm. Then you guys are falsifying documents, opening packages that are taped up and don't belong to you, and stealing money that was left in the car. I am very disappointed and appalled by this company.
Very professional even though the reason for my visit wasn't on a positive note. Very simple process. Sadly not opened Monday and Fridays additipnal to the weekends which just made me have to wait longer to get my car back. 4 stars due to just the not being open everyday Mon-Fri.
