The contractors are doing their job properly but it’s frustrating the admin team/phone people did NOT confirm the 8AM appointment. There wasn’t even any verbal agreement for the exact time. Disappointing

RUDE SERVICE FROM RECEPTION I have also read other review had the same problem When we tried giving them acces they said we trying to make it difficult. First appoinment they didnt get access below our unit and only to our unit and they are winging to me saying access is difficult for them etc. Only because the intercom not properly working so we had to pick up the guy there and that mad lady winging access is very difficult.
