This company is unprofessional. There was no confirmed appointment time arranged with the office, and the tradie arrived unexpectedly, which was concerning. During the call with reception to clarify access arrangements, I asked whether my downstairs neighbour would also be present during the inspection. The response I received was somewhat dismissive (“we’re not trying to have a party at your house”), which I did not appreciate and did not feel professional. The contractors are doing their job properly but it’s frustrating the admin team/phone people did NOT confirm the 8AM appointment. There wasn’t even any verbal agreement for the exact time. Disappointing
