My ankle is sore as of now. I had surgery a yr ago. Knee replacement and my tibia was shaved without my permission. Now my right foot swells and ankle swells...Problems everyday
I had surgery by Dr. Luks this past Friday to repair a ruptured quadriceps tendon. I'm still in a cast and have a long road ahead of rehab but I must say I have never encountered a dr. like Dr. Luks before. On one hand, he is very professional and skilled, yet at the same time he comes down to the patient's level, educating them, reassuring them and answering any questions. He has no arrogance or airs about him. You feel like you've made a new friend. Truly a pleasure to be around. More drs. should be like you Dr. Luks.
We ran our first 5k race after Richard's medial meniscus repair at the end of February. Long slow recovery back but so worth it to be running together again! Thank you so much Dr Luks :)
He's the best doctor I've seen. He actually saved my life by doing both knee replacement. I have the utmost respect for him.
